What
is Organ and Body Cleansing?
Many of our clients have asked us about cleansing so we decided
to explain this in further detail for those who need better understanding.
Cleansing of the body is primarily the removal of waste, toxins,
unwanted pathogens (parasites, bacteria, fungus, mold, virus's
and viroids), and other unnatural or unwanted chemicals in the
body. Cleansing body organs and muscle tissue can be very beneficial
for restoring vitality, prevention of disease and slowing down
the aging process.
Cleansing?
What do I Cleanse?
First, and foremost one should start with the bowels. Since the
bowels are essentially your body's sewer system, it is important
to keep them moving and clean. Your bowels should move 3-5 times
daily! This may sound drastic but citizens of third world countries
have 3-5 movements daily. This is due of course to eating more
whole and fresh foods. We Americans have developed very poor eating
habits, especially since the advent of the stand-alone refrigerator.
With most bowel cleansing one can expect to move and dislodge
old incrusted fecal matter from the bowels. This may take up to
a year to complete.
Secondly,
there are a number of other organ and tissue cleansing programs
available. At present some of these are: Kidney cleansing, Arterial
cleansing, Liver cleansing, Lymphatic cleansing, Parasite and
Pathogen cleansing.
The
Kidney cleansing will help break-up and dissolve kidney stones
and remove bacteria, and other chemical substances trapped in
the kidneys.
Arterial cleansing using EDTA is designed to remove arterial plague,
inorganic minerals and heavy metals out of the arterial network.
This will help restore blood flow and help prevent many arterial
diseases. Oxygen from improved blood flow helps to heal the body
and remove waste more effectively.
Liver cleansing is always done after a Parasite cleansing for
safety reasons. This cleanse is very effective at removing Gallstones
that have yet to crystallize out of the ductwork of the liver.
250-1000 stones may be seen in your stools when this cleanse is
performed. Less drastic Liver cleansing can also be done using
herbs to strengthen and flush the liver of harmful substances.
Lymphatic
cleansing will help the body to break down undigested substances
and flush toxins out of the lymph nodes and lymphatic network.
This cleanse is usually done using the "Master Cleanser"
developed by Stanley Burroughs. This cleanse is very effective
especially when it is done as a fast.
Parasite
and Pathogen cleansing are crucial for reducing degenerative diseases
such as Cancer and MS. According to Dr. Hulda Clark & Rev.
Marcy Foley N.D., D.C. over 85 % of Americans are infected with
parasites and other pathogens. These parasites are attracted to
solvents left in and absorbed by the body through use of solvent
laden body care products such as lotions, and soaps. Pathogen
cleansing can have wonderfully positive effects on mental attitude
and over all feeling of well being not to mention better immune
system response to infection and unwanted invaders. If you have
eaten out, touched paper money, shaken someone's hand, played
with your pets or petted them then you are a likely candidate
for a host of parasites.
What
Can I Expect From Cleansing?
When cleansing starts each person will experience their own detoxification
effects. Since every bodies chemistry and make-up are different
then so will be the effects of the cleanse. This detoxification
effect is sometimes called a "Healing Crisis". Imagine
that your body is a still water puddle a day after a good rain.
The water looks nice and clean until you stir it up with a stick.
The water becomes cloudy and filled with dirt. This is essentially
what is happening in your body when you start to cleanse. You
are bringing out the unwanted substances for removal.
At
this point is essential that your Bowels are moving 3-5 times
daily to remove this waste in a timely manner. If the Bowels are
moving 3-5 times daily then the effects of the detoxification
will be reduced. Please be aware that if you are extremely toxic
then you may still experience an unpleasant detox effect. Drinking
4oz. of water every 30 minutes is also important for helping the
kidneys flush out toxins

(not more than two days at a time)

(on a specific place or all over the body)

and unclear thoughts

- Emotional
release (anger, sadness, etc..)
These
are just a few of the detox effects you may experience when cleansing.
Again keeping the bowels moving and drinking plenty of water can
dramatically reduce the unpleasant effects of detoxification.
How Long
Should I Cleanse?
Depending on the type of cleansing you are undergoing it could
take a few weeks to a whole year. Below are some guidelines for
particular cleanses. Remember it has taken most of us years to
develop toxic bodies. With cleansing miracles are not achieved
overnight.
- Parasite-1-3
months. Once a week maintenance after the full cleanse is complete
to keep colonies in check.
- Kidney-3-15
weeks depending on condition of the kidneys. Repeat once or
twice a year.
- Arterial-A
minimum of 6 months up to 1-½ years by oral means.
- Colon-A
minimum of a year to reestablish the proper flora and cleanse
them thoroughly
- Liver-Until
you no longer have stones coming out. This may take several
liver cleanses. Repeat once or twice a year thereafter
- Lymphatic-7-40
days on the Master Cleanser. Repeat if need be several times
a year.
What Else
Can I Do?
Many clients have asked us what other therapies would help out
while cleansing is taking place. Having deep tissue, massage,
or any other type of bodywork can be very beneficial for those
participating in a cleansing program. This will allow for better
blood flow and removal of waste from the body. This therapy can
also be very relaxing and is sometimes used to reduce the effects
of the detoxification.
Stretching
or other physical activity can also help the body during times
of cleansing by again increasing blood flow and providing more
oxygen to the body. Cardiovascular exercise can help the body
detoxify through sweating. Taking a Detox
Bath can help to pull toxins out through the skin. Sweating
is a great way to detoxify the body. Visiting a dry sauna once
a week is a good idea.
