How To Use The Spirit Of Healing Shopping Cart
1.
How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
Once
you have selected the item you wish to purchase simply click
the
button located next to each item. Once you have added an
item to your cart the page will refresh and you will see
the item in your cart by looking at the "Quantity
in Basket:"

2. How do I view items in my cart?
Once
you have added items to your cart you can view its contents
by clicking on the View Cart button located in the top navigation
bar.

3. How do I remove an item or increase the quantity of
an item in my cart?
Simply
click on the View
Cart button then to remove an item click the "REMOVE"
button located to the left hand side. To increase an items
quantity type in the amount you want and click the "UPDATE"
button.
Your page should refresh showing the new amount in the quantity
section.

4. How do I create a customer account?
Look
to the upper right hand corner and click the Sign
In button. You will be directed to the Create New Account
and Login page. Click the Create
New Account button to create your account.

5. Why do I need a customer account?
Anyone
that wishes to place an order with Spirit of Healing or
Opt in or out of our monthly Newsletter & Product Promotions
will need to create a customer account. This information
will help save time when placing additional orders in the
future. All information can be edited and updated at any
time. All information gathered by Spirit of Healing is kept
private.

6. How do I Checkout and Purchase?
Once
you have added the items and updated quantities to your
cart you will need to checkout.
Click
the button
is located in the upper right hand corner of the page. This
will direct you to the checkout stand. If you have not created
a customer account the system will direct you to do so at
this time. If you have already created a customer account
you can simply sign in and then verify your personal data
and click the "CONTINUE" button at the bottom
of the page. At this point you can once again verify your
personal data and select your shipping method and payment
method. Once you have selected both shipping method and
payment method click the "CONTINUE" button again.
You will be prompted to enter the name on your credit card,
its account number and expiration date. Once you have entered
all data click "CONTINUE" one final time to complete
your order. You will be prompted to print your order. You
will also receive an email confirmation shortly after you
place your order.
