- Shipping-
We use the UPS (United Parcel Service) and the United
States Post
Office to ship to our cutomers. US priority mail may
be used only if cutomer
has a post office box or military address APO/FPO All
shipments go ground UPS unless otherwise selected at
the time of order. Products can be shipped using Ground,
3 Day Select, Next Day Air and Second Day Air.

- Returns - We do not accept Returns all sales are final. No refunds will be given.

Damaged Products-
If you have received a product that was damaged during shipping please
contact Spirit of Healing at 336-992-2417. Please have your invoice
handy when you call. Damaged products must be reported within 10 days
of receiving your damaged product shipment.

- Exchanges-
We do allow exchanges up to 30 days of the original
invoice date. Spirit of Healing will not accept any
opened products (broken safety seal) for exchanges.
Please include invoice when exchanging products, otherwise
we cannot accept exchanges. We will then credit your
account accordingly based on product cost. If there
is money owed from an exchange, your account will be
credited towards your next purchase. If the exchange
produces a balance on your account we will charge your
credit card or checking account accordingly. We are
happy to do exchanges. Original shipping charges for
your exchanges will not be eligible for exchange credit.
Any shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility
of the customer.

- Your
order is shipped as soon as possible. If we receive
your order before 2pm eastern time then it usually shipps
the same day. Shippments may be delayed at times due
to back orders or manufacturing back orders. If you
place an order over the weekend your order will be processed
the following Monday unless that Monday falls on a holiday.
Spirit of Healing works to ensure your order is sent
in timely manner, because we know how important your
health is to you.
