Secure Online Credit Card Transaction or placing an order signifies agreement to the following terms:

Pricing - Spirit of Healing reserves the right to change prices with out notice for any reason. Any product that has been under priced or over priced, that appears on the Spirit of Healing website or web store is subject to change with out notice. Diligent effort is made to ensure pricing information is accurate at the time of printing or publishing.

Security- Order with confidence, 128 Bit encryption provided by Cardservices International

Privacy- Any information gathered by Spirit of Healing including; credit card numbers, e-mail address, home address, phone numbers, or any other personal information, will be kept confidential. We do not resell any personal information for any reason.

Shipping- We use the  United States Post Office to ship to our customers. US Priority mail may be used only if customer has a Post Office Box (P.O. Box) or a military address APO/FPO. All domestic shipments go UPS ground unless selected otherwise at time of order.

Your Shipping Address- Please be sure you give us the correct shipping address at the time of order. If your package has to be corrected by UPS then there will be an “Address Correction Fee” of $5.00. Unfortunately UPS charges us $5.00 for address corrections and in turn we must charge our customers. Please be aware that Spirit of Healing does make mistakes from time to time, and in the event we are at fault for placing the wrong address on your package we will take responsibility. You will only be charged the “Address Correction Fee” if the shipping address you gave us during the time of order was incorrect. We file all original orders as we receive them for up to 3 months from original sales date in the event we need to verify where a mistake was made.

International Shipping- We use UPS to ship worldwide. Spirit of Healing No Longer accepts international orders, however our shopping cart is not setup to handle international shipping charges. Nor can our system accept checks or money orders from foreign banks. For this reason we ask that all international orders be placed via e-mail or by calling. You will need to place your order using a major credit card such as American Express, Visa, Master Card or Discover. Credit card orders will automatically convert your funds into US dollars. If you place an international order through our web store/shopping cart it will not be sent.

Returned Checks- All checks returned to Spirit of Healing for Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) or any other reason are subject to a $30 returned check fee.

Damaged Products, Returns & Exchanges

Damaged Products - If you have received a product that was damaged during shipping please contact Spirit of Healing at 888.617.7394. Please have your invoice handy when you call. Damaged products must be reported within 10 days of receiving your damaged product shipment.

Returns - We do not accept Returns all sales are final. No refunds will be given.

Exchanges - We do allow exchanges up to 30 days of the original invoice date. Spirit of Healing will not accept any opened products (broken safety seal) for exchanges. Please include invoice when exchanging products, otherwise we cannot accept exchanges. We will then credit your account accordingly based on product cost. If there is money owed from an exchange, your account will be credited towards your next purchase. If the exchange produces a balance on your account we will charge your credit card or checking account accordingly. We are happy to do exchanges. Original shipping charges for your exchanges will not be eligible for exchange credit. Any shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
