The Mercury Removal program should be started
only after a minimum of two months of the
Oral Chelation program has been completed.
The before mentioned program will help prepare
the body for mercury removal. Completing 2
months of Oral Chelation prior to this program
is suggested.
If your kidneys are not functioning to their
full potential this program should not be
started. While participating in the Mercury
Removal program vaporous forms of mercury
will travel through the kidneys, while elemental
forms of mercury will travel through the bowels.
Once kidneys have been cleansed then participating
in this program is suggested. If you have
severe damage to the kidneys please consult
your doctor or health care professional before
starting this program.
Please note that before starting the Mercury
Removal program or any cleansing program it
is important that your bowels are moving a
minimum of 3-5 times a day. Keeping the bowels
moving may help your body to remove the toxins
drawn out by the Mercury Removal program.
If your bowels are not moving properly you
may experience a healing crisis, which is
usually brought on by toxins not being able
to leave the body fast enough. Since the bowels
are a primary source for toxic elimination
it is important to keep them moving. Keeping
mercury on the move through the bowels is
very important. If mercury remains in the
bowels for to long then the danger of mercury
uptake back into the body is increased with
time. Keeping your bowels moving at least
once every 3-4 hours is important. Bowel management
is suggested before or when starting a Mercury
Removal program, or any other cleansing program.
By increasing bowel movements you may help
your body during cleansing and healing.
Also note that this program is designed to
help eliminate elemental mercury and vaporous
forms of mercury. Vaporous forms of mercury
are pulled from within the cell itself. If
you are in the process of having amalgam fillings
(silver fillings) removed from your mouth,
then starting this program two weeks prior
to the actual dental work is suggested. This
program should continue through the process
of amalgam removal and for a minimum of six
months after all dental work is complete.
If you currently have no amalgam fillings
in your mouth then this program should be
followed for 4-6 months minimum.

Oral Chelate™

SOH's Min-er-All provides 70 trace minerals in a liquid

Chlorella is a green micro algae with open (cracked) cell
