Water, 27% Grain Alcohol.

Label Directions:Take
1-3 dropperfuls a day, or as directed by a health care
professional. Take tincture under tongue and hold for
20 seconds. You can wash down with water or juice. Shake
well before using. Do not place cayenne directly on the
tongue as it will burn.
